General Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, please, carefully check my Terms of Service to get all the necessary information.

❖ I reserve the right of canceling your petition, if I don't feel like drawing it or you have proved to be troublesome in any way to me or other artists.
❖ 100% Payment should be sent within 24 hrs after the accepted sketch. The work will not progress until then. [applies to all my services except Vtuber model art]
❖ The client can request a WIP picture at any part of the process.
❖ Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) can be done for free.
❖ Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
❖ Watermark will remain in the final artwork for personal/non-commercial uses. Will only be removed if used for commercial purposes.
❖ Large and Transparent BG versions of the artwork will be sent after completion.
❖ Commissioners may not resell the artwork or claim it as their own.
❖ I reserve the right to post the artwork to an online portfolio unless previously discussed.
❖ If artwork is approved for Commercial Use it CANNOT be used as NFTs
❖ Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.
❖ The client is purchasing digital artwork, not physical prints.
❖ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any PayPal chargeback.
❖ Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal details with third parties.

❖ As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, such as:
❖ Using the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.You are NOT ALLOWED to:
❖ Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
❖Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.

Payment

❖ In case of commissions for personal use; If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you an extra fee of the total price [privacy fee]
❖ If by any chance you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, however, there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
❖ Payments will be made through Paypal and in Dollars (USD)
❖ I require full payment after the accepted sketch [within 24 hrs]
❖ In the case of a Vtuber model art or orders above $200, a payment plan is available and can be discussed with me.
❖ I will request payment to your PayPal address through an invoice. This is to avoid accidental transactions.
❖ If you wish to tip me for doing a good job you can do it through my ko-fi. I will deeply appreciate it ♥

Work Speed

❖ Artwork may take from 5 days to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.
❖ For Vtuber model art, the estimated TAT is 1-2 months. TAT could be shorter or go up to 4 months, depending on the design complexity and the amount of changes made
❖ I will accept and work on any commissions at a first-come first-served basis, unless you want it to be finished before a certain date;
❖ If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. Extra fees may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

Revisions

❖ After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
❖ During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes.
❖ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
❖ Make sure to be clear in your order and what you aim for with the commission, as to avoid making major changes midway.

REFUNDS

❖ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch within 1-2 weeks since payment. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 30% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
❖ If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
